What is Massage Therapy?

Our Registered Massage Therapist provides care for children, teens, and adults. Massage is a hands-on approach that helps ease pain and discomfort from both acute and chronic orthopaedic or sports-related injuries.

For young people, massage therapy offers a range of benefits—from lowering stress and improving sleep to easing growing pains, sports-related discomfort, and symptoms linked to conditions like asthma or anxiety. By boosting circulation and lymphatic flow, massage can support better focus, cognitive development, and a stronger immune system. It’s a natural, nurturing way to support a child or teen’s overall well-being.

We also assess and treat a wide range of conditions for youth, teens, and adults, including:

  • Tendonitis and tendinosis
  • Injuries to muscles, ligaments, and tendons
  • Joint pain and reduced mobility
  • Repetitive strain injuries (RSIs)
  • Acute and chronic neck and back conditions
  • Postural imbalances and ergonomics-related concerns
  • Sports and activity-related injuries
  • Whiplash and other soft tissue strains
  • Stress-related tension and anxiety
  • Headaches and migraine symptoms
